Academic Leadership
- Provide strong academic leadership to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Plan, implement, and review the school curriculum as per board guidelines.
- Monitor lesson plans, teaching methodologies, assessments, and academic outcomes.
- Promote innovative teaching practices and continuous improvement.
Administration & Management
- Oversee day-to-day school operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Prepare academic calendars, timetables, and examination schedules.
- Ensure proper maintenance of school records, documents, and reports.
- Coordinate with trustees/management for policy implementation.
Staff Management & Development
- Recruit, supervise, evaluate, and guide teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Maintain discipline, professional ethics, and staff accountability.
- Recommend promotions, increments, or disciplinary actions when required.
Parent & Community Relations
- Maintain effective communication with parents and guardians.
- Conduct parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Represent the school in community programs, meetings, and educational forums.
Reporting & Accountability
- Submit regular reports to management/trust regarding academics, discipline, and administration.
- Act as the official representative and head of the institution.
