Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Vision: Provide strategic direction and vision for the institution's growth and development. Foster a culture of innovation, academic excellence, and professional integrity. Academic Management: Oversee curriculum development, research initiatives, and academic policies. Ensure high standards of education in related nursing disciplines. Promote faculty development through workshops, seminars, and training programs. Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of the college, including admissions, examinations, and infrastructure maintenance. Liaise with regulatory bodies such as INC, University AFRC & Nursing Council to ensure compliance and accreditation. Coordinate with university authorities for affiliations, exams, and policy implementation. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the college's budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources. Identify and secure funding for college initiatives, such as research projects, infrastructure development, and scholarships. Faculty and Staff Supervision: Lead recruitment, evaluation, and retention of faculty and non-teaching staff. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among departments. Student Development: Focus on student welfare, career counseling, and placement activities. Encourage extracurricular activities, internships, and industry collaborations. Industry and Alumni Relations: Establish and strengthen partnerships with industries for placements, internships, and collaborative projects. Maintain strong relationships with alumni to enhance the institution's reputation and funding opportunities. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to rules and regulations set by governing bodies and maintain college discipline. Implement policies for anti-ragging, gender equality, and other ethical concerns. Vice Principal/Professor - (Nursing) Responsibilities: Teach and mentor nursing students in concerned nursing department. Develop and deliver lectures, seminars, and clinical training sessions. Conduct and publish research in concerned nursing department. Supervise student research projects and clinical practice. Participate in curriculum development and review. Provide academic advising and support to students. Stay updated with advancements in concerned nursing department. Collaborate with colleagues on departmental and institutional initiatives. Conduct of periodical and terminal tests. Regular visits to the hospital wards and departments and other practice fields.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.46 per month
