The Opportunity:

• Lead our Trust & Estate practice, advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families
• Play a key role in practice growth, strategic planning, and thought leadership
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients, attorneys, and financial advisors
• Manage and review complex estate & trust, gift, and fiduciary income tax engagements
• Manage IRS and state matters, including POAs and correspondence
• Research and apply estate and trust tax guidance
• Mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, people‑first culture

What We Are Looking For In Tax Candidates:

• 10+ years of relevant tax experience
• Specialized experience in estate, gift, trust, and fiduciary tax services
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA license and/or Juris Doctor (JD) a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with estate & gift tax software and fiduciary accounting systems
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess and ProSystem fx Engagement a plus

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
