Principle Platform Architect - Salesforce

Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Leadership: Define and implement the overall architecture strategy for Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to develop a roadmap for Salesforce adoption and expansion that aligns with organizational objectives.
- Solution Design: Architect complex solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities, integrating with third-party applications and systems.
- Technical Oversight: Oversee the development process, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding standards, testing, and deployment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Governance and Compliance: Establish governance frameworks and policies to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and recommend enhancements to optimize user experience and system efficiency.
- Mentorship and Training: Provide technical mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of Salesforce innovations and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on the organization’s strategy.
- Crisis Management: Lead the resolution of critical system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in Salesforce architecture and design, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
- Multiple Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect) are required.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce integration patterns, data modeling, and API development.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations in a [specific industry, if applicable].
