We're looking for associates of all skill levels. If you have unique abilities across any variety of manual labor or knowledge work. Technical, Mechanical, Warehousing, Restaurant Service etc. are all valuable skills to bring to the table. We really like people that are tough and have a strong get it done attitude as this is essential for dealing with deadlines.

What You’ll Do

• Operate a variety of printing machines and processes (DTG, screen, heat press).
• Center garments and ensure perfect placement for every print.
• Keep pace with daily and hourly production goals — both speed and accuracy.
• Switch quickly between tasks as production needs change.
• Handle boxes up to 30–50 lbs; stand, bend, and move for long periods.
• Work as part of a supportive team that values accountability and positivity.
• Maintain machinery
• Clean and organize

Desired Characteristics:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in a warehouse or print shop role is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, including able to use websites, spreadsheets, send email etc.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Ability to speak, read, and write English with proficiency. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. Basic keypunch skills

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s work history, education, experience, demonstrable skills, and abilities. SB Printing will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
