Job Summary
We’re looking for a versatile, creative, and people-savvy professional to join our team in a dynamic hybrid role. You’ll wear several hats — designing print-ready files, managing print production, engaging with clients, and keeping our social media presence sharp. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love design as much as you love talking to people, and can juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball, you’re who we’re looking for.

Duties

• Prepare and preflight print-ready artwork as a production artist, ensuring files meet press specifications
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, signage, business cards, and more for our clients
• Manage print production workflows from order intake through delivery
• Serve as a point of contact for clients — providing quotes, proofs, status updates, and solutions
• Create and schedule content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and help grow our online presence
• Collaborate with our team to ensure projects are completed on time and to spec
• Support and engage in all aspects of the print production process as needed

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Understanding of print production and prepress (bleeds, color modes, resolution, etc.) preferred but not required
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Experience managing or posting on business social media accounts using Uberall is a plus
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment
• 2+ years of experience in print design, production, or a related field preferred but not necessary

Bonus Points For

• Experience with wide-format or commercial print environments
• Familiarity with print MIS/estimating software or online storefronts (e.g., PrintersPlan)
• Photography or short-form video skills for social content

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
