Print Operator / Production Floor Lead Slam Productions | Austin, TX Pay: $23–$25/hr | Full-Time

Slam Productions is a fast-growing cannabis packaging and branding company based in Austin, TX. We're looking for a sharp, reliable Print Operator who can run our production floor, manage a small team, and keep operations moving at a high level. This is a key role in our operation — you're not just printing, you're leading.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating our in-house UV printer to produce packaging, labels, and custom print runs
• Managing and directing warehouse staff to hit daily production targets
• Overseeing quality control — every product leaving this floor meets our standard
• Coordinating production schedules and communicating any bottlenecks
• Maintaining equipment and keeping the production area organized
• Collaborating with the design team to ensure files are print-ready

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing or leading a small team — you know how to hold people accountable without creating drama
• Familiarity with graphic design — you can open a file, spot an issue, and communicate it clearly
• Detail-oriented and production-minded — you take pride in clean, accurate output
• Self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
• Prior printing experience is a strong plus — UV, wide format, or commercial printing preferred
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on warehouse environment
• Cannabis-friendly

We Will Train You On:

• Our specific printer (Mimaki UCJV330-160 UV)
• Our production workflow and SOPs
• Our client standards and quality expectations
