Print Production Designer
Location: Dallas, TX (On-Site, Full-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Print Production Designer to join our team at a fast-paced direct mail facility in Dallas. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a self-starter with strong production expertise and a sharp eye for accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and finalize print-ready files for direct mail campaigns
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to production specifications
• Manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand and production standards

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat
• Solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Experience with digital and video design is a plus, but not required.
