Print Production Designer

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Print Production Service Lead to support our printing sales operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality print products. This role is vital in managing the entire print process, from prepress preparations to final production. Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the printing process, including taking client input for proper formatting, screen printing, and layout design.
• Oversee prepress activities such as color profile management, bleeds, and layout press spec optimization to ensure print accuracy.
• Manage quality control procedures throughout production to meet strict standards for consistency and excellence.
• Collaborate with graphic designers utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to prepare files optimized for various printing techniques and be able to use these products to make simple adjustments
• Ensure great customer service and interaction to intake work and manage customer concerns
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in printing environments
• Strong knowledge of prepress processes, including color profile management, bleeds, layout press spec optimization, and Adobe Creative Suite proficiency.
• Familiarity with quality control standards specific to print advertising and packaging production.
• Solid understanding of graphic design principles and their application in print production workflows.
