The Role

We are seeking a Print Production Designer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and craftsmanship. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design, print, and fabricate stunning materials for high-end events—working with large format printers, vinyl printers, and CNC machinery. Your work will be seen by some of the area’s most discerning clients, and your attention to detail will define the experience.

What You’ll Do

• Bring creative concepts to life through Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, while learning cutting-edge print production software.
• Operate large format flatbed printers, vinyl printers, and CNC machines to create high-quality signage, décor, and custom builds.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure flawless execution from concept to installation.
• Maintain exceptional quality standards under tight deadlines, elevating every detail to perfection.
• Assist with finishing, assembly, and on-site installation when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong design sense and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience or interest in print production, large format printing, and CNC fabrication.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for high-end events and producing work that makes an impact.
• Willingness to learn new tools and software to push the limits of production.
