Job Overview:
We’re seeking a versatile and creative Print Production and Graphic Designer with vinyl installation experience to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines digital design skills with hands-on print production and installation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of visual communication. You’ll be involved in designing graphics, operating print equipment, preparing materials, and performing professional installations on various surfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Operate large-format printers, cutters, laminators, and plotters to produce high-quality graphics
• Prepare production-ready files and manage the output process for print and fabrication
• Weed, mask, and laminate vinyl graphics as needed for production and installation
• Professionally install vinyl graphics on walls, windows, vehicles, floors, and signage
• Ensure all surfaces are properly prepped before installation (cleaning, measuring, aligning)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design accuracy and meet project deadlines
• Maintain equipment, organize materials, and ensure a clean, efficient workspace
• Perform quality checks on all finished products to meet brand and client standards
• Lead in on-site sign assembly and installation projects
• Provide input on design improvements and workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, print production, or vinyl installation
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
• Familiarity with RIP software, large-format printing processes, and vector file setup
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools and power tools
• Experience with vinyl application tools (squeegees, heat guns, utility knives)
