Position Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Print Technician to support our Factory team in producing high-quality visual materials for presentations, prototypes, and client deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of print technologies, excellent graphic design skills, and a passion for bringing ideas to life through print.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with designers and engineers to understand project requirements and objectives.

Produce print materials, including digital prints, cards, stationery, and visualizations, using a variety of printing technologies, techniques and cutting edge equipment.

Operate and maintain large-format printers, plotters, and other printing equipment.

Ensure that all printed materials meet quality standards and specifications.

Manage print production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.

Troubleshoot printing issues and perform routine maintenance on printing equipment.

Stay up to date on advancements in print technology and recommend upgrades or improvements as needed.

Assist with graphic design tasks, including layout, formatting, and image editing.

Provide guidance and support to colleagues on printing and graphic design-related matters.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma + 3-5 Years experience in a production environment

Proven experience as a Print Technician or in a similar role in signage or digital printing.

Proficiency in print file management and imposition.

Strong understanding of print technologies, including digital printing, large-format printing, and 3D printing.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality print materials.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
