We are looking for a dedicated, flexible, hard-working individual to join our print production team. We need someone to set up and operate large format digital printers and assist in a variety of production and graphic design tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Experience is preferred, but not required. You need to know how to use a computer, be comfortable around machinery, know how to use basic tools, perform repetitive tasks for prolonged periods, climb ladders and lift 40 lb. boxes.

We work closely in a friendly, positive team atmosphere, and need someone who can be part of the team as well as work independently. Must be willing to work over-time including Saturdays during peak production season.

Salary: $16-$18 to start. Full Benefits after 90 days

Full Job Description:

Set-up and operate large format digital printers which includes downloading and working with graphic art files and technology.

Finishing, wrapping and packaging of finished products.

General shop tasks including unloading boxes from trucks, lifting boxes to/from shelves in warehouse.

Cleaning and organizing of work area and shop as necessary.

Commitment, patience, and the ability to work independently under the direction of a supervisor and in collaboration with staff and other team members is a must. The position requires a focus on quality and attention to detail. This is NOT an office job, you must be comfortable working with machines, technology and getting your hands dirty working in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
