Print Project Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team. We specialize in print and installation of interior branding and window graphics for stores all over the country. You will be responsible for coordinating the completion of jobs starting with the initial phase of contacting the stores, getting approval of graphic choices, and arranging outside vendors for surveys or installation. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects at once and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Duties

- Contact clients via phone and/or email to review order details and receive approval of graphics prior to production.
- Coordinate surveys and installations as needed and ensure all project phases are on track.
- Communicate with clients, team members, and vendors to provide project updates.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
- Maintain project documentation and reports (Purchase Orders, customer notes) in an organized manner.

Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills. You will be managing multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You will be communicating with customers via phone and email. Occasional virtual meetings with clients are required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design is a PLUS.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
