Print Shop Assistant / Graphic Production

Job Overview

Donks Designs is a fast-paced graphics and wrap shop specializing in motorsports, vehicles, and custom vinyl work. We are looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our team in a hands-on role that combines design, production, and installation.

This is not just a desk job — you will be involved in all aspects of the process, including printing, prepping materials, and assisting with installs.

No prior experience is required. We have training systems in place and will teach the right person everything they need to know.

Responsibilities

• Assist with vinyl weeding, masking, and material prep
• Help operate printers, plotters, and shop equipment
• Prepare surfaces and materials for vehicle wraps and installs
• Assist with wrap installs, decals, and graphics applications
• Perform basic design edits and layout work (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar)
• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient workspace
• Help manage daily workflow and keep jobs moving on schedule
• Communicate with team members to complete projects efficiently

• Comfortable working with hands and tools
• Basic computer skills (design experience is a plus, not required)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Interest in motorsports, vehicles, or graphics is a big plus

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
