Print Shop Associate

Overview

We are a fast-growing apparel brand looking for a dependable and detail oritented DTG (Direct-to-Garment) Print Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoyes hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and can work independently during evening and weekend shifts. The right person will have excellent attention to detail, reliable and able to work independently. Experience not a must, as we will provide training.

Duties

• Operate and maintain various printing equipment, Brother DTG machines ensuring optimal performance.
• Prepare garments for printing
• Make sure the correct graphics are printed for each order ticket
• Prepare artwork files using graphic design software, ensuring accurate color management and layout design.
• Manage quality control throughout the production process by inspecting prints for color consistency, clarity, and overall quality.

Schedule

• Nights and weekends. Week day nights will begin between 5-6pm. Weekend shifts can be either day or night.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly pay. Paid on a weekly basis.
