Role Purpose: Responsible for assembly & testing of PCB line sections, correct machine set‑ups, First Off Product sign‑off, production runs, defect repair, preventive maintenance, and documentation.
Key Duties:
- Read & interpret blueprints, drawings & work instructions
- Test PCBs with ICT devices for efficiency & functionality
- Operate PCB assembly equipment (Stencil Printers, Pick & Place, Reflow Ovens, Selective Soldering, Conformal Coating)
- Inspect PCB assemblies for solder quality, alignment & defects
- Repair failures & defects using hand/electronic tools Perform component‑level soldering/de‑soldering (SMT & through‑hole) per IPC Class III standards
- Maintain logs of defective boards & assembly procedures
- Ensure 5S housekeeping & compliance with safety protocols
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum: 3 years hands‑on PCB assembly line experience (manual or automated SMD machines)
- Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: Manufacturing experience + Certified PCB Technician
Competencies:
- Attention to detail & problem‑solving
- Knowledge of IPC‑610/JDEC specs, solder paste chemistry, thermal dynamics of reflow, conformal coating
- Strong soldering skills (IPC Class III)
- Ability to comprehend schematics/wiring diagrams
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Pay: AED7,500.00 per month
