Printed Circuit Board Technician (PCB)

Role Purpose: Responsible for assembly & testing of PCB line sections, correct machine set‑ups, First Off Product sign‑off, production runs, defect repair, preventive maintenance, and documentation.

Key Duties:

• Read & interpret blueprints, drawings & work instructions
• Test PCBs with ICT devices for efficiency & functionality
• Operate PCB assembly equipment (Stencil Printers, Pick & Place, Reflow Ovens, Selective Soldering, Conformal Coating)
• Inspect PCB assemblies for solder quality, alignment & defects
• Repair failures & defects using hand/electronic tools Perform component‑level soldering/de‑soldering (SMT & through‑hole) per IPC Class III standards
• Maintain logs of defective boards & assembly procedures
• Ensure 5S housekeeping & compliance with safety protocols

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum: 3 years hands‑on PCB assembly line experience (manual or automated SMD machines)
• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Manufacturing experience + Certified PCB Technician

Competencies:

• Attention to detail & problem‑solving
• Knowledge of IPC‑610/JDEC specs, solder paste chemistry, thermal dynamics of reflow, conformal coating
• Strong soldering skills (IPC Class III)
• Ability to comprehend schematics/wiring diagrams
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Pay: AED7,500.00 per month
