Position: Printer Engineer

Qualifications: 10th, 12th or Graduate

Technical Certifications (preferred)

Job Overview:

• We are seeking a skilled Printer Engineer with strong knowledge of HP, Xerox, and Canon printers including
• Deskjet, A4, and A3 printers. The candidate must be capable of diagnosing issues at both card level and hardware
• level, and providing effective repair, servicing, and maintenance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HP/Xerox/Canon printers (Deskjet, A4, A3 models).
• Perform card-level and hardware-level repairs including board issues, motor issues,
• sensors, rollers, fusers, and power supply.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and routine servicing of printers.
• Install and configure printers at client locations.
• Replace faulty components and ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide on-site and off-site technical support to customers.
• Maintain service reports, documentation, and inventory of parts.
• Ensure quick turnaround time for all repair tickets.
• Coordinate with the team for escalations and spare parts requirements.
• Hands-on experience with applications such as HP AC-NDD, Papercut & Follow-Me printing
• solutions.
• Experience with Passport Port (if available) will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in repairing HP, Xerox, and Canon printers.
• Strong knowledge of Deskjet models, A4/A3 printers.
• Ability to handle card-level diagnosis (PCBs, logic boards).
• Knowledge of printer mechanics, sensors, rollers, paper path, and firmware.
• Good understanding of hardware tools and testing equipment.
• Ability to work independently and handle field service tasks
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
