Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate printing machines (offset, digital, flexographic, etc.).
• Load paper, ink, and other materials into the machine.
• Adjust machine settings such as speed, ink flow, and paper alignment.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Inspect printed materials for color consistency, clarity, and defects.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or printing issues and fix minor problems.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean working area.
• Keep records of production output and material usage.
• Coordinate with production supervisors for timely completion of orders.

Education Requirements

• Minimum Qualification:
• Matric or Intermediate preferred.
• Technical Training (Optional but Preferred):
• Diploma or certificate in Printing Technology or Machine Operation.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in operating printing machines.
• Experience with offset, digital, screen, or flexographic printing is highly preferred.
• Understanding of ink mixing, color matching, and machine adjustments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
