Printer Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Printer Technician to join our Al-Futtaim Electronics team in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining printers and multifunction devices, particularly HP and Toshiba MFP machines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and service printers and multifunction devices (MFPs)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Perform preventive maintenance and repair work
• Configure network printers and ensure proper connectivity
• Replace spare parts and consumables when required
• Attend service calls and provide technical support to clients
• Maintain service reports and update job status regularly

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Printer Technician
• Strong knowledge of HP and Toshiba multifunction printers (MFPs)
• Good troubleshooting and repair skills
• Basic networking knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and manage field service tasks
• Good communication and customer service skills

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 per month
