Printer Technician

About the Role

Printone is looking for a skilled Printer Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of printers and multifunction devices. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of printer hardware, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance, with experience working on leading printer brands. Experience with production printers will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair printer hardware and related equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of printers.
• Install, configure, and test printers at customer locations.
• Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Maintain service records and prepare technical reports when required.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding service requirements.
• Replace faulty parts and ensure equipment operates according to manufacturer standards.
• Follow company safety procedures and service quality standards.
• Provide basic user guidance and operational support to customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in printer maintenance and repair.
• UAE experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good knowledge of printer diagnostics, servicing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience or working knowledge of the following brands: Canon, Epson, HP, Konica Minolta, Xerox
• Experience with production printers is preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and perform fault diagnosis.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical diploma or certification in Electronics, IT, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Experience handling production printing equipment and high-volume printing environments.
• Familiarity with network-connected printers and multifunction devices.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: AED 4000 – 5,000, based on experience and interview performance

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
