Printer/Photocopier Technician (DXB branch)

Job requirements:

- At least 2 years experience as a photocopier technician familiar with known brands such as: Epson, Hp, Canon, Xerox, Konica-Minolta, Kyocera, Ricoh etc..

- Able to diagnose and troubleshoot photocopier machines / plotters / printers from the first visit and recommend the correct parts that need to be changed.

- Dealing with customers respectfully and delivering excellent service.

- Advising the customer on the condition of their existing machine and whether a new machine is required.

- Ability to work under pressure or time constraints to finish work without mistakes.

- Communicating and coordinating with other staff members in a polite manner and working as a team to solve any technical issues.

- The candidate should be respectful towards others, eager to learn, supportive, honest and responsible in their work.

- Having a driver's license is recommended

Salary:

The initial salary will be from 3,000 - 4,000Dhs

Working hours:

8:00am - 6:00pm, Monday - Friday

Dubai
