Printing Graphic Designer

About the Role

Jade Textile looking for a Printing Graphic Designer (Screen Printing) to prepare and optimize artwork for production. The role focuses on color separation, design accuracy, and ensuring high-quality printing results in coordination with production teams.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Perform color separation for screen printing designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Handle gradients (halftones) and fine design details with high accuracy.
• Prepare and print high-resolution films for production use.
• Create and prepare artwork files for new models according to production requirements.
• Review and validate artwork files and related data before production.
• Follow up on designs and implement necessary adjustments to match Strike Off approvals.
• Modify and adapt artwork based on proto samples and client feedback.
• Develop daily plans for Shablon (screens) preparation area .
• Coordinate with production to monitor printing quality and ensure alignment with approved designs.
• Oversee recycling and archiving of screens and finalized designs.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Applied Arts, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in printing or textile graphic design (preferably screen printing).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop .
• Solid understanding of color separation techniques for screen printing.
• Experience in handling halftones and detailed artwork .
• Knowledge of printing processes and production requirements is a strong advantage.
