Printing Machine Operator, Sign Printing & Vinyl Application

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a motivated, detail-oriented team player to join our sign production department. If you're eager to learn, enjoy working with your hands and technology, and want to be part of a supportive, fast-paced team—this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities: • Operate digital vinyl printers and plotters • Prepare and adjust artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, FlexiSign, or CorelDRAW • Perform color matching, scaling, and other file modifications • Apply vinyl, laminate, and finishing materials • Collaborate with team members to ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met • Assist with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting • Help keep the production area clean and organized

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent • Experience with digital printers as well as vinyl production • Familiarity with graphic design software • Willingness to learn, listen, and follow instructions • Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude • Ability to work well with others in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

• Graphic design: 1 year (Required)
• Vinyl Application: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

• Salina, KS 67401: Relocate before starting work (Required)
