Printing Press Trainee

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Printing Press Trainee to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of different printing presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Support prepress activities such as layout design, typography adjustments, and color calibration using Adobe Creative Suite tools
• Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure print accuracy and consistency
• Learn and apply color management techniques to achieve desired color fidelity in printed materials
• Help maintain equipment by performing routine maintenance tasks as directed by senior technicians
• Support inventory management of printing supplies and raw materials, including handling materials with forklifts when necessary
• Participate in safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area to promote efficient manufacturing practices

Experience

• No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with graphic design or print production is a plus
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or technical environments is advantageous
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design software is preferred
• Exposure to printing machinery will be beneficial but not mandatory
• Strong interest in learning about print, layout design, typography, and color management techniques
• Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully and work effectively within a team environment
