Printing Supervisor - Rotogravure

Roshan Packages Limited is looking for an experienced Printing Incharge to join our Flexible Unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing operations of the Worldly Rotogravure Printing Machine, ensuring maximum efficiency, quality output, and compliance with safety standards.

This is a critical role for driving production excellence and maintaining high-quality printing standards for our flexible packaging products.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise the Worldly Rotogravure Printing Machine.
• Ensure strict SOP compliance across the printing floor.
• Maintain high production efficiency while minimizing downtime.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards as per customer requirements.
• Lead and manage the printing floor team, ensuring discipline and productivity.
• Implement and monitor safety and compliance protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) – Printing/Mechanical/Electrical or related field.
• Experience: 10 – 20 years in printing operations (rotogravure printing experience is a must).
• Age Range: 20 – 35 years.
• Strong technical knowledge of printing processes, machine troubleshooting, and quality control.
• Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
