A private UHNW family in Dallas is seeking an experienced, polished, and highly proactive Personal Assistant / Household Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy private household. This role requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment and can seamlessly balance personal assistant responsibilities with household management oversight. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, resourceful, discreet, and capable of anticipating needs before they arise.

This position will support both the family's personal affairs and select business operations, serving as a trusted right hand to the principal. The role is expected to evolve over time and may transition into a full-time opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Assistant Support

  • Manage complex personal and family calendars, appointments, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, dining reservations, and detailed itineraries.
  • Assist with college visits, school-related logistics, extracurricular schedules, and family activities.
  • Monitor and manage personal email correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-up.
  • Review and organize credit card statements, receipts, expense reports, and tax-related documentation.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, registrations, inspections, detailing, and service appointments.
  • Conduct research and present recommendations for purchases, vendors, services, travel destinations, and personal projects.
  • Handle special projects and personal errands as needed.

Household Management

  • Oversee the daily operations of a large private residence situated on approximately one acre.
  • Coordinate household vendors, service providers, contractors, and maintenance schedules.
  • Assist with an upcoming home renovation project, including scheduling, vendor communication, and project coordination.
  • Maintain household inventories and ensure the property remains organized, functional, and guest-ready.
  • Work collaboratively alongside existing household staff, including the family's nanny.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for household-related matters, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

Business & Project Support

  • Provide administrative support related to the principal's business interests, including a growing clean beauty brand with multiple locations.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, organization, and operational projects as needed.
  • Support future ventures and acquisitions, including real estate purchases and business expansion initiatives.
  • Manage confidential information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Household Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting UHNW individuals or families.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable managing digital calendars, email platforms, spreadsheets, and cloud-based systems.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while exercising sound judgment.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
