- Minimum 5–10 years of culinary experience, preferably in fine dining, Michelin-starred restaurants, or luxury hospitality.
- Proven experience working in private households, UHNW families, or VIP environments.
- Strong background in menu planning, food presentation, and multi-cuisine cooking (Western, Mediterranean, Asian, Middle Eastern).
- Ability to create daily family-style meals as well as formal multi-course menus, tailored to the family's preferences.
- Expertise in healthy cooking, dietary restrictions, and nutrition (gluten-free, vegan, low-carb, etc.).
- Skilled in sourcing high-quality ingredients, including organic and specialty products.
