Job Description: Private Live-In Chef

We are seeking a professional, energetic, and organized Female Live-In Chef to manage the culinary needs of a family of four (2 adults, 2 children). The ideal candidate will be versatile in the kitchen, capable of preparing a variety of cuisines while maintaining a strong focus on healthy, high-protein nutrition.

This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a kitchen independently and cater to the distinct tastes of both adults and children.

Core Responsibilities

* Menu Planning & Inventory: Full oversight of the kitchen, including daily menu planning, grocery shopping, and inventory management.

* Meal Preparation: Designing and executing high-protein meals across various cuisines, including Pakistani, Continental, and Kid-Friendly favorites.

* Specialized Catering: Tailoring individual meals for family members based on specific dietary preferences (e.g., specific egg preparations, vegetable-heavy dishes, and healthy snacks).

* School Support: Preparing nutritious, "kid-approved" lunch boxes and afternoon snacks that are both healthy and appealing.

* Kitchen Maintenance: Ensuring the highest standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness, and organization at all times.

Daily Schedule

* 06:00 AM – 09:00 AM: Early morning start for children's breakfast and school lunch boxes, followed by breakfast service for the adults.

* 10:00 AM – 01:00 PM: Mid-morning breakfast service for Madam, followed by lunch preparation for the family.

* 03:00 PM – 05:00 PM: Preparation of high-protein snacks and fruit for children post-school, alongside afternoon coffee/tea service for adults.

* 07:00 PM – 09:00 PM: Service of a balanced dinner followed by light evening snacks.

Candidate Requirements

* Versatile Culinary Skills: Proficiency in Pakistani and Continental cuisine.

* Child-Centric Cooking: Experience making healthy food fun and appetizing for children.

* Nutrition Knowledge: A deep understanding of high-protein ingredients and healthy cooking methods (grilling, steaming, etc.).

* Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage a household kitchen budget, stock, and schedule without constant supervision.

* Discretion & Professionalism: Comfortable in a private home setting, maintaining a respectful and polite demeanor.
