Duties

• Plan, Prepare, and serve gourmet meals aligned with client preferences, dietary restrictions, and special occasions
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen management, including inventory control, food production, and food handling procedures
• Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while maintaining consistency and excellence
• Manage food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards
• Coordinate catering events, banquets, and private functions with precision and professionalism
• Monitor inventory levels regularly to minimize waste and optimize food costs while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in fine dining establishments or private household kitchens with a strong background in culinary arts (Italian cuisine preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of food preparation, presentation, and service techniques
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising kitchen teams and managing shifts effectively
• Familiarity with banquet operations, catering services, and event planning logistics
• Strong understanding of dietary requirements, food safety regulations, and inventory management practices
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
