Private Client Experience Executive

We are seeking a polished, relationship-driven professional to join our team in a client-facing position focused on delivering an exceptional experience for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWIs).

This role is ideal for someone from a luxury hospitality, private members club, lifestyle, concierge, aviation, or premium client relations background who is passionate about creating meaningful relationships and delivering world-class service.

The successful candidate will act as a key representative of Alpago Group, supporting private clients throughout their journey and ensuring a seamless, personalised, and highly professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients
• Deliver an exceptional client experience aligned with Alpago Group’s luxury standards
• Act as a brand ambassador and key point of contact for VIP clientele
• Coordinate private meetings, viewings, events, and hospitality experiences
• Support clients with personalised assistance and relationship management throughout their journey
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
• Maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times
• Represent Alpago Group at exclusive networking events and luxury lifestyle functions

Requirements:

• Previous experience within luxury hospitality, private members clubs, VIP relations, concierge, luxury lifestyle, aviation, or premium client experience environments
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly polished, professional, and presentable
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and UHNW clientele
• Relationship-focused mindset with excellent networking abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation luxury environment
• Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous
