Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly, providing attentive and personalized service throughout their visit
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, accurately, and with a professional demeanor in both casual and formal settings
• Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure quality standards are met before serving
• Set up banquet and catering events, including arranging tables, linens, and service stations to facilitate smooth operations
• Handle food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, sanitation, and dietary accommodations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including tables, counters, and beverage stations to uphold hygiene standards

Experience

• Proven experience in fine dining or high-end food service environments is highly preferred
• Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills
• Previous serving experience in banquet or catering settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety regulations is essential
• Experience working with dietary restrictions or special dietary needs enhances your ability to serve diverse members effectively
• Barista or bar service experience adds value by demonstrating versatility in beverage offerings
