Permanent full-time appointment for a Western-trained Consultant in Respiratory Medicine embedded within a UHNW Family Office healthcare structure in Riyadh.

This role is focused on advanced pulmonary diagnostics, chronic respiratory disease management, and longitudinal optimisation of respiratory health within a high-net-worth population with international travel exposure and multi-residence living.

You will oversee complex respiratory conditions including asthma, COPD, interstitial lung disease, sleep-disordered breathing, and unexplained dyspnoea, with a strong emphasis on early detection, advanced imaging interpretation, and integration of pulmonary function testing into long-term health strategies.

A key component of the role is executive health optimisation, including respiratory fitness assessment, sleep quality optimisation, and environmental risk mitigation for frequent travellers across multiple regions.

You will work within a discreet multidisciplinary clinical governance structure alongside internal medicine, cardiology, and preventive medicine specialists, coordinating care across Saudi Arabia and international tertiary centres in Europe and the United States.

Requirements

• Recognised medical degree from UK, Ireland, EU, USA, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
  
• CCT / Board certification in Respiratory Medicine and Internal Medicine
  
• Minimum 8-12 years post-specialisation experience
  
• Strong background in complex pulmonary diagnostics and chronic respiratory disease management
  
• Experience in private practice, executive health, or UHNW patient populations preferred
  
• Exposure to sleep medicine or critical care respiratory support advantageous
  
• High discretion and ability to operate within confidential family structures
  
• Willingness to be based in Riyadh with international travel flexibility
