About the Role

The firm is seeking to add an Associate to its investment team, for a Summer 2026 start date. This role offers exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including transaction execution and ongoing portfolio company involvement. Associates play a meaningful role in evaluating new opportunities and supporting existing investments, with significant responsibility and visibility from day one.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of buyout and growth equity investments across Tech sector
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to assess potential investments
• Participate in due diligence, including industry research, management meetings, and third-party advisor coordination
• Assist in transaction execution, including investment committee materials and deal documentation

Qualifications

• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or a related transactional role
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical capabilities
• Ability to operate effectively in a lean, fast-paced environment with limited hierarchy
• High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology-enabled businesses
• Willingness to work in-office on a full-time basis in New York
