The Private Equity Director leads investment sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio value creation across the full investment lifecycle. The role is responsible for identifying attractive opportunities, driving due diligence, structuring deals, and working closely with portfolio company leadership to deliver strong returns.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities.
• Lead financial modeling, valuation, and underwriting.
• Manage due diligence, advisors, and transaction execution.
• Negotiate deal terms and present recommendations to investment committees.
• Oversee portfolio companies and support value creation plans.
• Monitor performance, risks, and exit readiness across investments.

Skills and experience

• Strong private equity, M&A, or investment banking background.
• Proven deal leadership and negotiation ability.
• Advanced financial analysis, modeling, and commercial judgment.
• Ability to work with senior stakeholders, founders, and management teams.
• Experience with portfolio oversight and strategic value creation.

Pay: QAR66.00 - QAR104.00 per hour
