Private Equity Director

The Private Equity Director leads investment origination, execution, and portfolio management for the firm. The role is responsible for sourcing opportunities, leading due diligence, structuring transactions, and working closely with portfolio company leadership to drive value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities through market relationships and industry research.
• Lead transaction execution, including financial analysis, due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation.
• Oversee portfolio companies and act as a strategic partner to management teams.
• Support or lead board-level discussions, value-creation plans, and exit preparation.
• Mentor junior team members and help manage internal investment processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of private equity, investment banking, consulting, or Big 4 experience.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex transactions and managing stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial judgment.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is often preferred.

Pay: QAR132.00 - QAR142.00 per hour
