Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Private Equity Manager to lead investment evaluation, transaction execution, and portfolio management activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying investment opportunities, conducting financial analysis, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving value creation across the investment portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute private equity and strategic investment opportunities.
• Conduct financial modeling, company valuations, market research, and due diligence activities.
• Analyze mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and portfolio investment opportunities.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and recommend value enhancement strategies.
• Prepare investment memorandums, presentations, and financial reports for senior management and investors.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and advisory teams during transaction processes.
• Develop relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
• Assess market trends, industry developments, and investment risks.
• Support fundraising initiatives, capital deployment, and investor communications.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, governance standards, and investment policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management.
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and transaction structuring.
• Experience within financial services, investment firms, or diversified portfolios is highly preferred.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, risk management, and investment strategies.

Pay: QAR45,000.00 - QAR50,000.00 per month
