Private Family Seek Professional Female Caregiver

A local family is looking for a Female caregiver to work as a team with the Families current nurses.

Her duties and responsibilities include;

1. Personal Care of patient (bathing, dressing, toileting)

2. Administering medications and ensuring proper dosages are taken

3. Basic cooking and meal preparation.

4. Regular communication and updates with family nurses

5. Providing emotional support and a comfortable environment for the patient

6. Ensuring patient stays active within her ability

7. Housekeeping cleaning, laundry and ironing, running errands and grocery purchases for patient

Key skills and Competencies;

§ Minimum educational requirement – Valid and current Certified nursing qualification essential

§ Experience of working with Dementia patients is essential

§ Compassion and Empathy – understanding and caring for people with physical and emotional challengers

§ Patience – Essential quality

§ Strong communication skills both verbal and written, especially for reporting to family members or nurses.

§ Crisis Management: Being able to handle wandering, aggression or medical emergencies

§ CPR and First Aid trained

§ Fluency in English language essential. Fluency in Arabic advantageous

Required full time stay in Family Private Villa located in Sharjah.
