WE'RE HIRING Private Property consultant - DUBAI

As Dubai's real estate market continues to thrive, GI Properties is expanding its team and looking for experienced and client-focused Private Property consultant to join our high-performing sales division.

This role is ideal for professionals who excel at building long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding investment goals, and delivering tailored real estate solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and manage strong relationships with private clients and investors
  • Understand client investment objectives and recommend suitable property opportunities
  • Manage end-to-end sales processes from lead generation to closing
  • Conduct property viewings and provide market insights
  • Negotiate deals and ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Maintain an active pipeline and achieve sales targets
  • Proven experience in real estate or high-value sales
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
  • Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is a strong advantage
  • Target-driven, professional, and presentable
  • Currently based in Dubai
