Garnet Lash Studios Monterey has private room rentals available for licensed beauty professionals. This is a rental-based studio designed for providers who want a clean, professional space, flexible scheduling, and a supportive community. We welcome both newer artists who want mentorship and structure, and established providers who want a beautiful studio home with consistent demand in the area.This is a rental opportunity, with opportunities to support a growing clientele.

• You operate as your own business
• Flexible options: 1 day/week or more, part-time or full-time
• Drop-in rentals available (great for traveling providers)

• Lash extensions, lash lifts
• Brow lamination, waxing
• Permanent makeup (PMU)
• Facials / skincare
• Massage therapy, acupuncture
• Injectables (licensed providers only)
