Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to support young students (ages 3–6) in preparing for private school admissions interviews in Orange County.
This role focuses on both academic readiness and social-emotional development, helping children build the skills and confidence needed to succeed in competitive private school admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring for children ages 3–6
- Support academic skill development, including:
- Phonics
- Early reading
- Early writing
- Speaking & verbal expression
- Basic math concepts
- Logical thinking
- Guide students in:
- Social-emotional skills
- Classroom behavior
- Manners and etiquette
- Interview readiness and communication confidence
- Customize lessons based on each child’s level and personality
- Collaborate with our team and follow structured training guidelines provided by the organization
- Incorporate engaging materials, activities, and age-appropriate teaching tools
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of teaching experience (early childhood or elementary)
- Experience working in private schools
- Familiarity with private school admissions or interview preparation ( preferred)
- Strong understanding of early childhood development (ages 3–6)
- Ability to engage young children with warmth, structure, and creativity
- Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
Additional Requirements:
- Teachers are expected to provide some of their own teaching materials and manipulatives
- Must be reliable, patient, and highly professional
