Duties

• Develop customized curricula and lesson plans aligned with students’ individual learning objectives and educational standards
• Deliver engaging tutoring sessions in person or via online platforms using effective learning technology tools
• Assess students’ progress regularly and adjust teaching methods to optimize understanding and retention
• Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging questions, curiosity, and active participation
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and focused atmosphere for all learners
• Support students with special educational needs by implementing tailored strategies and accommodations
• Collaborate with parents or adult learners to communicate progress, set goals, and address any concerns

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across various age groups and subjects
• Excellent classroom management skills to maintain an organized and motivating environment
