Private Tutor for all Subjects (K-5th Grade)

Duties

• Develop customized lesson plans aligned with students’ curriculum requirements and learning objectives
• Utilize innovative learning technology tools to enhance engagement and understanding
• Deliver clear, motivating instruction across various subjects and age groups
• Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a respectful and productive learning environment
• Assess student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
• Support students with special education needs or additional challenges by implementing tailored approaches
• Maintain detailed records of lessons, student performance, and feedback for ongoing improvement

Experience

• Proven experience in tutoring or teaching across diverse age groups and subjects
• Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques and working with children or adult learners
• Experience with early childhood education or preschool settings is highly desirable
• Knowledge of learning technology platforms and digital educational tools
• Effective communication skills to connect with students, parents, and educational stakeholders
• Prior experience in special education or working with students with unique learning needs is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
