Looking to cover the Sarasota FL Area

We are seeking compassionate CNA and Home Health Aides to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes and surgery pick up from surgery centers to home who do not have anyone to transport them home at discharge. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily living activities and ensuring their well-being.

Surgery Transports pays a Minimum 2hrs even if transport take less than that.

Responsibilities:

-Provide transportation for patients home after surgery (Sometimes last minute requests)
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
- Help with mobility assistance, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Follow care plans and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor
- Document care provided and report any concerns promptly

Qualifications:

-Must have AHCA Background check with fingerprints
- Experience in home health care is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
- Ability to lift and transfer clients safely
- Proficiency in meal preparation and medication reminders
- Familiarity medical documentation and submittance in a timely manner.
