PRN Nurse Practitioner

Reliant Specialty Infusion is a Ambulatory Infusion Clinic with headquarters in Monroe, LA. We have 15 infusion clinics located in Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas.

We are seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner in our Lafayette, LA clinic.

The PRN Nurse Practitioner will promote a positive clinic environment centered on safe and professional patient care experience. The nurse practitioner is responsible for quality and accuracy of services provided and perform all task with the utmost of care. Thoroughly review patient orders, medications, and health information and administer parenteral medications in accordance with treatment plan. The nurse practitioner will assess and monitor patients’ health status and must be able to detect changes in symptoms or health status, know additional interventions is necessary and consult local Medical Director, referring Physician (MD) or Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or clinic staff. Must thoroughly and accurately document all activities in Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
