Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician (MD/DO) – Telehealth/Remote

Telehealth/Remote position (Must live in the US)

Primary population: Adult population with chronic conditions focusing on preventative and restorative health

FiaCare provides medical care to a primarily adult population through app and telehealth outreach. As we are expanding nationally, we are looking to build a team of enthusiastic providers who are aligned with our vision to reduce costs, simplify, and improve access to healthcare. We are partnering with a diagnostics company to provide lab orders for patients nationwide, and this role is primarily focused on enabling providers to order labs (with the ability to do so as a core requirement). We are actively working to get providers licensed in all 50 states. Providers will also have the option to contract for telehealth services as well.

Brief overview of responsibilities:

  • Order laboratory tests for patients through our partnership with the diagnostics company, including management of results and follow-up.
  • Provide primary care services to patients with chronic conditions, providing outreach care through messaging, phone, telehealth and occasional in-home visits.
  • Conduct tele-health visits for patients with acute medical needs (optional based on contracting).
  • Conduct tele-health visits as required for lab testing.
  • Ensure patient information, visit history, outgoing referrals, lab follow-ups, phone calls, and consults are properly documented in an EHR.

Qualifications
Licensure:

  • Nurse Practitioners: Family Nurse Practitioner Certification, APRN and RN licensure (initially in home state; willingness to obtain multi-state licensure supported by the company).
  • Physicians (MD/DO): Active, unrestricted medical license and board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or equivalent (willingness to obtain licensure in additional states supported by the company).
  • Maintain current BLS for all providers.

Experience: Prefer 1+ year of family practice, urgent care, orthopedic, OB/GYN, or dermatology. Will consider new graduates for NP roles.
