About This Role
We are seeking a part-time, hands-on, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team and support infusion services in Colorado Springs, CO. This is a highly practical, clinical role, ideal for someone who enjoys direct patient care and is confident in their IV placement and infusion administration capabilities. This is a part-time position with an expected commitment of 8–16 hours per week.

Duties

• Perform venipuncture and IV insertion daily; confidently place needles and manage infusions.
• Administer and monitor specialty medications and infusion therapies per protocol.
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a clinical infusion setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical partners to ensure continuity of care.
• Support operational needs across multiple clinic sites (Kyle, New Braunfels) with travel differentials as applicable.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Colorado (required).
• Comfortable and experienced in performing venipuncture / placing IVs.
• Experience in infusion therapy, specialty medications, or similar clinical settings preferred.
• Strong patient relationship skills and ability to provide excellent bedside care.
• Previous experience working at infusion centers, hospitals, or physician offices (e.g., Paragon, hospital systems, infusion competitors) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different clinical environments.

Preferred Experiences

• Infusion experience with biologics and/or specialty medications
• Prior experience with ambulatory infusion center software or EMR
• Advanced practitioner with independent practice capabilities in approved states

When determining compensation, we analyze and carefully consider several factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
