PRN Physical Therapist Assistant

Position Summary
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services under the direction of a Physical Therapist on a PRN basis.

Responsibilities

• Carry out treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising PT
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and mobility training
• Maintain accurate documentation
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions

Qualifications

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• CPR certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in SNF preferred
