Job Title: PRN Registered Nurse — In-Home Non-Skilled Visits & Trainings

Mountain Top Home Care is seeking dependable and compassionate PRN Registered Nurses to complete in-home non-skilled nursing visits, caregiver trainings, supervisory visits, assessments, and related documentation.

We are currently hiring for multiple service areas. This position is ideal for an RN who is comfortable working independently, enjoys flexible PRN work, and has a heart for serving the aged and disabled population.

Job Responsibilities:

• Complete in-home non-skilled nursing visits
• Provide caregiver training and education as needed
• Complete supervisory visits and related follow-up
• Assist with assessments and care-related documentation
• Communicate member/client needs or concerns to office staff
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Support quality care for aged and disabled individuals in the home setting

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Experience working with aged and disabled individuals preferred
• Home care, waiver, or long-term care experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong documentation skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work independently and professionally

• PRN

• Boone County, Logan County, Kanawha County, Mercer County, Fayette County, Raleigh County, Wyoming County, Mingo County

Work Setting:

• In-home visits
• Non-skilled home care setting
