REGISTERED NURSE (RN)
REPORTS TO: Medical Administrator FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: PRN - Saturday or Saturday and Sunday
Hourly Rate: $50.00 - Minimum 4 hours (2 Positions Available)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Revive Ministries Inc. programs do not include a medical facility but recognizes that individuals participating in our programs who are recovering from addiction will also have physical health needs. The RN is responsible for general medical oversight of clients while participating in Revive Life House. The Registered Nurse is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for the clients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care (assessment of health status, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status).

The Registered Nurse is responsible for managing health problems and coordinating health care for the clients in accordance with State and Federal rules and regulations and the nursing standards of care (assessment of health status, implementation of treatment plan, and evaluation of patient status). Experience in SUD preferred.

Physical Demands:

The employee may be required to exert 21 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, or 11 to 25 pounds of force frequently, or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Job duties also require about 6 or more hours of intermittent standing or walking in an 8-hour workday. Sitting may be required only intermittently and occasionally. Stooping is usually required frequently.
Environmental Conditions:
The employee will work indoors. The house itself is open and ventilated well with central heat and air conditioning.
Mental Demands:
There are a number of daily deadlines associated with this position, which may cause stress to some individuals. The position must deal with the clients daily on a variety of issues.
